I have been programming and working with electronics for most of my life. Formerly I was employed at Google, Verio and Best Internet to name a few. My main languages are C and shell (particularly Bash.)Here are some recent projects of mine.

This was a project that I built for Popularise in Washington, DC, with some help from my friends at The Fridge. The idea was to build an 8' boombox and use it as a DJ booth for a party. Our client wanted it to light up in sync with whatever music the DJ played. The video above is one of the first prototypes.

This project was built using an Arduino and Processing, and written in C utilizing available FFT libraries. It incorporated 12 individual frequency channels and over 40,000 LEDs. The boombox was built out of wood, and measures 8x12x4'. It is completely modular and breaks down to fit into the bed of a pickup truck. My friend Edwin and I built this in less than 2 weeks, on off time from our day jobs.
